Ages 0 through 18 are welcome to participate! You may begin tracking your reading right away, but may only claim tickets once a week starting on July 1st. Grand prizes will be drawn at our Final Party on August 22nd (you do not have to be present to win).

Winter Reading Program
Patrons ages 0 to 18 are welcome to participate in Flower Library's Winter Reading Program! Simply stop by the library and register each participant. You'll receive a reading tracker that you can use to count the time each child spends reading. (January - March)

For every 2 hours read (or read to!), each child will receive 1 ticket. These tickets will be entered into a drawing for an age-appropriate basket of books and other goodies. You may claim these tickets once a week **any time the library is open!**

Please remember that any kind of reading counts for any age! This includes reading alone, listening to audio books or a loved one read aloud, reading magazines or graphic novels, reading to a brother or sister, or even reading to a pet! What doesn't count? Reading on Facebook or other social media platforms.

All tickets must be claimed by the close of business on Sunday, March 31st. Winners will be notified during the first week of April. Happy reading!
