"Off the Hook" Knit and Crochet Group- Please bring your own knitting needles or hooks, yarn, and current project you are working on! Wednesday July 18, 6 pm-7:30 pm, Old Watertown Room.

Open Mic Night- Music, comedy, poetry, short stories, ANYTHING! Come and showcase your talent! For ages 16+. Wednesday July 25, 6 pm-7:30 pm, Community Room.

Lego Club- Join this "All Ages" event to enjoy a night of building with Legos. Theme builds will be announced at the program. All Legos are provided. Thursday July 26, 6 pm- 7:30 pm, South Reading Room.

August

Watercolor and White Crayon Art- Make pictures or word art using watercolor paints and white crayons. All materials will be provided for you. This is a free adult only program. Wednesday August 8, 6 pm-7:30 pm, Old Watertown Room.

Ongoing Summer Programs

Summer Reading Games & Activities- Check the table weekly for a new game or activity. Place your complete entry into the flower pot for a chance to win a prize! Winners are drawn weekly. *Note* You must be a patron in good standing and 18 years of age or older to win. 

Summer Reading Book Reviews- Read any book (or listen to any audio book) between July 9 and August 31. Complete a short book review (forms are available at the Circulation Desk). Place the completed review in the flower pot at the Circulation Desk for a chance to win a prize! Winners are drawn weekly. *Note* You must be a patron in good standing and 18 years of age or older to win.

September

Journaling Workshop- Learn creative ways of keeing a journal. Each participant will receive a journal to decorate. Wednesday September 5, 6 pm-7:30 pm, Old Watertown Room.

American Red Cross Community Blood Drive- Donate your blood or your time. Friday September 14, 9 am- 2 pm, Community Room.

Marbled Fall Leaves- Make and take fall leaves using shaving cream and food coloring. This is a free adult only program. Wednesday September 19, 6 pm-7:30 pm, Old Watertown Room.

Hocus Pocus Party!- Join us for a fun filled evening of witch crafts, snacks, and of course the movie "Hocus Pocus". Come dressed as your favorite character. Prizes awarded for best costume. For all ages. Wednesday October 3, 6 pm-7:45 pm, Community Room.

Painted Rocks: Halloween Edition!- Join this "All Ages" event to paint and take Halloween themed painted rocks to hide throughout the community. All materials will be provided for you. Hosted by Amy Burke. Saturday October 20, 11 am-2 pm, Community Room.

Essential Oils Workshop- Join us for a discussion about the benefits of using essential oils and see what books we have in our collection to help you get started using oils. Participants will have the opportunity to mae and take an essential oil diffuser necklace. Quantites are limited, all supplies are on a first come, first serve basis. Thursday November 1, 6 pm- 7 pm, Old Watertown Room.

​​​​​​​Creative Writing Workshop with Ashley Garza- Join us for an introductory lesson on how to get started in creative writing. This workshop is open to ages 14+. Saturday November 17, 2 pm-4 pm, Old Watertown Room.
