Painting with Stencils- Wednesday May 22, 6 pm-7:30 pm in the Old Watertown Room. Make a beautiful painting using different stencils.

Lego Club- Thursday May 23, 6 pm- 7:30 pm, in the South Reading Room. Join this "All Ages" event to enjoy a night of building with Legos. Theme builds will be announced at the program. All Legos are provided.

Ongoing Summer Programs!

Historic Library Tours- Every Friday in the summer join us to learn about our library history! The tours begin in the rotunda at 10 am and 11 am. These tours are free for all interested ages.

Summer Reading Games & Activities- Check the circulation desk weekly through July & August for a new game or activity. Place your completed entry into the flowerpot for a chance to win a prize!

Summer Book Reviews- Read any book between July 12 and August 30. Complete a short book review (forms available at the Main Circulation Desk). Place your completed entry into the flowerpot for a chance to win a prize!

Introduction to Genealogy- Saturday June 1, 2 pm-5 pm in the Reference Department. Join us to learn how to get started researching your family tree!

Coffee Klatch for Seniors- Wednesday June 5, 9:15 am-11:15 am in the Community Room. Bring your favorite drink or enjoy a cup of regular coffee (creamer and sugar) and light morning refreshments. We will also take a trip down memory lane and watch old television shows.

Blast from the Past: Tie Dye- Wednesday June 5, 6 pm-7:30 pm on the lawn! All dyes and rubber bands will be provided you just have to bring your own t-shirt!

World Wide Knit in Public Day- Saturday June 8, 10 am- 2 pm, on the lawn. Please bring the current project you are working on, a chair, and some sunscreen! Join us as we collectively work on our projects with other fiber crafters around the world on the same day!

Firework Dirty Pour Art- Saturday June 8, 10:30 am-12 pm in the Community Room. Learn the art of dirty pour to create a unique firework masterpiece. Limited to 24 participants.

Fandom Fun: Transformers- Sunday June 9, 2 pm- 4 pm, in the Community Room. Autobots roll out. Bring a t-shirt and learn how to screen print the Autobot symbol using a vinyl stencil. Limited to 24 participants.

Open Sewing Lab- Tuesday June 18, 2 pm- 5 pm in the 1812 Room. Need a sewing machine? The library has 4 sewing machines for use in the library. Please note that this is an open sewing lab and not a class. Staff will be on hand to assist with library machines but sewing instructions will not be provided. Can't make these dates and times?
