Senior Planet: Protecting Personal Information [for ages 60+]

The topic for October 29th is "Protecting Your Personal Information Online"
This presentation will cover the ins and outs of how to protect your personal information online. We’ll cover tips for staying safe in cyberspace, like safe browsing, how to recognize online scams, and when it’s OK — or not — to share your personal information online.

These instructor led lectures are designed for ages 60+ to help bridge the technology gap that so often occurs.  Due to COVID restrictions, you are able to enjoy the lectures from the comfort of your own home.  The Zoom meeting platform will be utilized to relay the content and interact with participants.

The Zoom meeting link and handouts are available at https://seniorplanet.org/flower-memorial-library-lectures/. The password is flower.

Not familiar with Zoom?  We have created video tutorials to help you connect to Zoom to participate.  Visit https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjyUSWwb6BKcZa1NtOEJS1j70TqyNLmbz to watch.
