Senior Planet: Voice Assistants

The topic for August 13th -- Voice Assistants
Voice assistants are no longer just on your phone! Amazon’s Alexa and the Google Home can do everything from playing music to ordering your Uber, from giving news briefs to turning on the lights. Learn about the many devices, current uses, and future implications of this exciting technology.

In partnership with non-profit, Older Adults Technology Services, the library hopes to bridge the gap between older adults and technology through a lecture series. Lectures will be held every Tuesday from 11 am - 1pm from now through early October. The lectures are designed for an audience age 60+.

For more information regarding any of these lectures, please contact Amanda at 315.785.7714.

This series was made possible through Central Library Development Aid provided by the State of New York.
