It’s the season of giving, and Flower Memorial Library is ready to “sleigh” the holidays once again with our 3rd Annual Toy & Gift Wrap Drive! Help us make spirits bright by donating toys to local families this holiday season.

From November 2-30, community members are invited to drop off new or very gently used toys of any size or value at the Circulation Desk on the Main Floor. While unopened toys are preferred, toys in like-new condition will also be accepted. Please note that only physical toys can be donated, gift cards will not be accepted.

On Tuesday, December 8 at 6:00pm, adults ages 18+ are invited to do a little holiday “shopping” of their own! Come browse our collection of donated toys and gift wrap and find something to help make your holiday a little brighter.

Each adult will receive 3 tickets, which can be used to select 3 toys of their choice. No exceptions will be made. Toys will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Need to wrap things up? There is no limit on gift wrap. We simply ask that everyone be mindful of others and take only what they need. A wrapping station will be available for anyone who would like to wrap their gifts at the library.

Every toy, no matter how big or small, can help make a child’s holiday merry and bright. Beyond the wrapping paper and bows, toys play an important role in supporting creativity, imagination, motor skills, and cognitive development. Every donation counts.
